"RING YARN FACILITY"
In January 2003, the construction of the Ring Yarn facility with an investment capacity of 24.000 spindles started, and in May 2004, high-quality 100% Ring carded and combed yarn was started to be produced with an annual capacity of 2500 tons (12.000 spindles) in a closed area of 11700 m2.
As of August 2006, 10 more Ring Machines with a capacity of 1,200 spindles were purchased, and a total of 24.000 spindles were reached in full capacity.
ILSAN Tekstil produces approximately 5000 tons of Ring combed yarn and Ring carded yarn per year on a Ne 30/1 basis, in compliance with international standards, with 20 Rieter brand G-33 Ring Machines, each of which is a state-of-the-art technology, with a capacity of 1,200 spindles. 90% of the capacity is reserved for combed yarn and 10% for carded yarn production. Currently, production is carried out between the following counts.

Ring Combed Cotton yarn with counts between Ne 20/1 and Ne 50/1 and Ring Carded yarn with counts between Ne 20/1 and Ne 30/1 are produced.
We have GOTS (Global OrganicTextile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), RCS (RecycledClaim Standard) certificates that the leading worldwide standard that certifies the entire textile supply chain with independent certification and sets the textile processing conditions for organic fibers and recycled fibers, including ecological and social criteria.
We are a member of BCI (BetterCotton Initiative), an initiative that aims to reduce the negative environmental and social impacts of cotton production and to make the future of the industry safer.
